PioneerX Estate Management has decided to offer parcels of land on it's test server free to those that want to come give OpenSim a try. As this is based on our test server it does come with some stipulations and rules (more on these later). We have created a basic homestead package containing some free stuff (including a house) which is on the land, feel free to do what you please with this package.

We have allocated a whole region to this and split it into 16 lots of 4096m2 each is sand and boarded by a water trench. We have marked these forsale @ OS$10 per lot, but as the money on the OSGrid is currently free and you get OS$1000 when your account is created this is only for admin purposes.

These 16 regions will be on a first come first served basis and all those wishing to use one must abide by the Rules below. As these are on our test server you should expect there to be a daily restart and as with ANY OpenSimulator installation it is using ALPHA level software so there is no guarantee it will be available or your prims/inventory are safe. However having said that PXE operates a large stable central database system to hold the region data and the prims with Inventory held on the OSGrid system.
Rules of PXE Homestead.
- First come first served allocation
- Build something nice (improve the area)
- Be nice to your neighbors
- You will NOT own the land, but get use of the land free of charge
- This sim, along with everything else in OSGrid, is alpha software. No guarantee is made of up-time or data integrity
- Please try to be active, land not used for 2-3 weeks will be reclaimed for others
- No excessive or laggy scripts
- We reserve the right to restart the server without warning.
- 1 parcel per person.
- You must not prevent 'James Beejay' from accessing your parcel.
So.....How do I get my land?
STEP 1 : Check to see if land is avliable - Click HERE
STEP 2 : With your OSGrid Avatar, come to region 'PioneerX2' and pay your OS$10 for a parcel.
